岗位职责
1) Responsible for customer development and sales of banking products;
2) Analyze the industry attributes and needs of target customers, discover potential needs of customers, and provide customers with high value-added service solutions;
3) Complete a series of sales actions including business opportunity collection, customer visits, business negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection;
4) Establish contacts with middle and high-level customers and related personnel to maintain long-term cooperative relations;
5) Collaboratively track customer product usage, collect and organize customer feedback, and improve service perception;
6) Establish and maintain long-term good customer relationships, promote the expansion of customer products and services, and guarantee the renewal of products and services.
任职要求
1) College degree or above, knowledge of computer application systems in banking,
2) Have relevant working experience in selling banking software products;
3) System sales, model or consulting project sales experience is preferred;
4) Have good interpersonal communication skills and independent business development capabilities;
5) Strong desire to learn, fast learning ability, good product display ability and expression ability, can establish a good relationship with the middle and high level of customers in a short time communication.
6) Establish a strong network to assist the strategic cooperation and needs of the company's development.
